MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
At this time I am not accepting any custom orders from individuals. However, I do accept custom orders for ministries looking to have something special and unique available for their group or gathering. If you think this might be you, fill out the contact form and I’d be happy to get to know your needs. I do hope you’ll find something beautiful, inspirational, and encouraging in the shop to enjoy.
DO YOU EVER OFFER DISCOUNTS OR COUPON CODES?
I will occasionally have sales and these will be announced via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter followers. Occasionally, some may be announced through the blog, so make sure you subscribe to receive updates.
CAN I SELL “BIRDIE BLISS DESIGNS” IN MY STORE?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
I am required by the state of Georgia to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a Georgia address.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Not at this time.
CAN I REQUEST A PRINT IN A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE?
I have the sizes available listed with each product. I only offer the sizes available and do not take custom requests for individuals.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE FRAMES?
Acrylic glazing is used for: superior UV protection, protecting art during shipping, lightweight and is beautifully clear. The framing is done with acid-free foam core archival backing and is finished with custom kraft paper to seal out dust and debris. The framed print will ship to you gift-wrapped in kraft paper and with hanging hardware-all you’ll need is a hammer.

Shipping prices are based on the value of the items you are purchasing. Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping and handling charge for your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please fill out the contact form and let me know.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unframed prints and other items will be shipped out within 12-16 business days. Framed prints will ship separately directly from the framer within 1-2 weeks. If your shipment will need longer time to process I will notify you. Once shipped, via USPS, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days (weather permitting). I do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or holidays as those days are for family time only. You will be notified upon Checkout of any delay in processing your order due to personal holiday. Thank you for your patience.
While I will do all that I can to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, Birdie Bliss Designs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond my control such as weather and service interruptions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Domestic orders are shipped First Class with the USPS unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirmation (with tracking) when your order has shipped. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely manner should this happen.
